Over the years Bollywood stars have always been inspiring their fans with the fundamentals goals they follow in their fitness routine. It is natural that to stay in the limelight and to look good, this stars need to push their limit. The fans are also becoming outrageous about the fitness freak Bollywood and are inevitably following it to match their icons.

1. Salman Khan

From Maine Pyar Kiya to Tiger Zinda Hai, Salman Khan has always been the fitness icon not only for his fans but also for many B-town celebrities. The shirtless dance at O-O-Jaane Ja Na created a huge roar among the youth of that time. Salman loves Italian and Indian cuisines but he had to give up everything once his diet plan was restructured. He generally follows a rich protein diet comprising of fish, meat and egg whites. Salman Khan has set the bar of fitness with every film that he has released. He generally spends 2-3 hours in the gym and hardly skips a day off. If he is having a busy day he hits the gym late at 1-2 am at night. According to the Sultan of Bollywood, the body is made more out of the gym. This is something to follow coming from a 52-year-old who still looks younger than a lot of contemporary actors.

With his debut film Heropanti, Tiger Shroff has managed to gain quite a lot of followers for him with the toned body that he showed in the film and also with the dedication that he has towards his fitness. Tiger is a big fan of Bruce Lee and trains Martial Arts, Tae Kwan Do and Wushu. He is a good football player and likes to hit the gym without any break. He also practices kickboxing and gymnastics to have a chisel body. He is a pure non-vegetarian and tends to live on chicken and egg regularly. He also likes to gain proteins from grains and lentils. He prefers to remain clean keeping himself away from drinking and smoking. Apart from this Tiger has gained hearts with his dancing skills also.

3. Kareena Kapoor Khan

Kareena Kapoor Khan brought the trend of zero figure in the Bollywood in her film Tashan. Though the film did not do much at the box office but her figure left quite a magnificent mark to talk about. After that a lot of actresses did try to match with her but did not succeed. It is difficult for any mother to come back to shape after having a baby but she proved everyone wrong by doing that rather quickly. She is mainly into yoga like any other actresses maintaining a slim and toned body. She likes to take 6-7 small meals a day avoiding non-vegetarian items. She prefers training at a place where custom sweat can be felt rather than air-conditioned gyms. She never fails to surprise her fans with the trend that she starts with every film.

She has been successful in maintaining a tall and lustrous figure with some wondering aspects. She tends to follow both weight exercise as well as yoga in order to maintain her body. She has a weekly plan of yoga for two days, cardiovascular exercises for a day and strength training again for two days. She has set her fitness regime not only in the Bollywood but globally. The Big Brother season 5 winner loves to keep it balanced when coming to her diet with all the necessary proteins. She generally keeps a 3-hour gap or so after the dinner to maintain smooth digestion.

5. Malaika Arora Khan

She may not be a very popular face in the films, but has set some marks with her cameos in the item songs like Chaiya Chaiya with Shah Rukh Khan and Munni Badnam Hui with Salman Khan. The model turned actress has been successful in maintaining her slender, slim and attractive body over two decades. She is now in her 40’s but still carries the same grace of a poised teenage. She practices kickboxing and aerobics in order to maintain the different parts of the body. She also sometimes likes to go for a jog or swimming. Other than the fixed workout regime, Malaika Arora Khan is an excellent dancer and practices Jazz and Russian Ballet on regular basis. She eats five times a day with rich nutrition and likes to eat everything in moderate amount. She has set up her trends in Bollywood with her curvaceous figure and has still maintained the same statement.
